Paragliding is an air sport which has no comparisons. Using equipment that can fit into a back pack, you can soar like a bird for hours on end in the right conditions. Launching is achieved from running off a cliff, and then riding the dynamic lift like an eagle!! 

Flights are from the beautiful cliffs of Sydney's Northern Beaches and usually last between 30-40 minutes.

Flights include "action" photo's of your experience. DVD movies of your experience are optional. From $150



ADVENTURE FITNESS is a training program designed to simulate, and prepare you for both the physical, and mental challenges and conditions of a high altitude trek or multi-day walk. Whether it be bushwalks close to home, or infamous treks around the world, such as Kokoda Trail, Everest Base Camp, Kilimanjaro or Machu Pichu.
